A boxing workout routine combined with an MMA workout pace will get your body ripped and ready in no time; all at a reasonable price. If you have a home gym space, you can get a fun and effective cardiovascular workout on par with anything a Crossfit gym can throw at you.
Start with a heavy bag, some mma boxing/bag gloves and wrist wraps. If you can hang the bag from the ceiling, this method offers the most space to work around the bag. It also gives you more space for kicks.
When hanging from the ceiling is not an option, you can still whip out a good boxing workout routine by using a heavy bag stand, and it won't cost a lot more money.
